Directions:
Take 1-2 tablets twice per day with a cup of warm water.

In TCM the Kidneys have some control over reproductive,
endocrine & nervous systems.
Some people are born with low Congenital Jing, other
lose it through poor digestion (acquired Jing) or illness or
